Microphone does not work with IP desktiop softphone V 13.4.0

Hello all,

I hope everyone is doing well. Unfortunately we have a problem with the new IP Desktop Softphone versions: with the old IP Desktop Softphone version (11.5.2) our headsets work fabulously, with more recent versions (13.2.0 & 13.4.0) the microphone refuses to work.

We have MPOW 5 headsets, wired, MPOW headset with Bluetooth, and Logitech G733 headsets (Lightspeed wireless).

Does anyone have any experience of how to solve this problem?

So does the Headset actually work with the PC before using the softphone ?? we have had issues with the SOE on PC's blocking even at a PC level.
