can i forward the called number to other number/user ?

Exemp:

If call from 1000 to 1001, i want to automatic foward to 1002.

Of course, using the adequate prefix and TEL Features COS

Look into your prefixes.
*60 is default in the USA.
Also on the top right of 40x8/9 series, there is a button for forwarding calls.
