Hello Guys ,
I having a strange issue .
OXE r10.0 latest release
The symptom is when an incoming call arrives to isdn t2 trunk group the call rings to the set after a delay .
The caller hears ringing tone (4 rings around 12-15 sec) and then call starts to ring on the set .
On the t3 trace oxe sent ACK to provider immeidiately and after this delay oxe sents again progress and alert.
Seems this delay prevents to make the ddi transcoding to the oxe immeidiately .
The ddi translator sents the call directly to the set. no guides or other routing to reach the set.
Any timer or setting on oxe is capable to make this delay?
Why the oxe sents SETUP ACK instead of CALL PROC
