It appears that this tool is not compatible with R100. You get an error that I have attached a jpg of. Also if you click OK you get tickets but only approximately 2 minutes from the top of the hour. If I go back to a date before the upgrade it works. Is there a new version or is this tool no longer supported.

In order to check, can you attach a ipxxxx.dat file that causes that error on the IPView

The error means "Invalid floating point operation".
