Hi everyone,

I have integration OXE to Avaya using SIP Trunk. OXE has 2 SIP Trunks, one to local carrier and other to Avaya. The SIP Trunk to local carrier has no problem, already runnnnig for 2 years. The integration to Avaya via SIP Trunk just recently. Calls from OXE to Avaya has no problem. The problem is when calls from Avaya to OXE, Avaya got 404 not found.
Anyone can help what is caused this problem?

motortrace 2 , then traced collect the logs on the failed call and send very hard when you just say not found!!!

Check incoming DID translation (called number in Invite, used NPD and DID).

404 Is gotten when you call the public sip trunk as transit call or is concerning ale oxe extension
avaya is sending a wrong numbers
