OmniSwitch 9000E disaster rescue file rescue.img

I need to update the firmware of OS9000E recently, just in case I need to prepare disaster rescue means, but I can’t find the rescue.img needed for 9000E in the pipe network.
Where do I need to get rescue.img

Unfortunately, the OS9000E Family is End of Life and ALE no longer provides Software for it.
As far as I remember, AOS6 switches do not have any rescue.img anyway, that is AOS8 exclusive stuff.

Correct. You don't need a special rescue image. On your stick create at the root the folder 9000E/certified with the normal img-files.
At the root you need a file rescue.img - but in my knowledge it can be empty.
But I'am not sure if you are able to interupt the boot process. Maybe you have to switch some DIL-switches at the CMM.
