Hello,
I bought a new switch alcatel omniswitch 6860N-P24M and I can't access it through the console provided. The console is micros USB to RJ-45.
Any idea how can I access it.

You did not say what else you're using to access the Serial Port. Windows? COM/RS232 Adapter?

Try it with 115.200 Baud and a Cisco Adapter (this is the same like for ALE Wlan-Controller or other vendors).

The below is the way you can access the switch with cable connectivity:
micros USB to RJ-45 <-> Straight UTP -> DB9 connector of ALE <-> USB to Serial console cable.
Use baud rate 115200.
Also download the drivers usb to serial, if you don't have.
