The switch was approved with a multitester, testing if there is power to the board, and if there is power to the board, what else could you test? support please
If the switch is completely dead replace the PSU.
Other than that, I do not think Alcatel supplies Schematics for their switches as they have no interest in anyone fiddling around with the mainboard.
