Hey guys,

Have a 4400 with a VPU5 thats saying its full when a call overflows to VM on no answer,

Can you tell me what is the method to clear out the storage please?

Whoa. VPU5 are so old lol. I dont have any documentation left for this.
There is an option somewhere for AGING OUT mechanism, in a class of service (local to VPU)
There is also an option for "Day new or saved message are kept"

Check those options. That might help.
