OS6560 Switch configuring internal network to allow access to a single ip on guest network.

Hi,
I have an OS6560 and trying to configure the switch to allow an internal network to be able to access a single device on a guest network.
No firewall... figured I can do it on L3 using policies but not sure how to go about it.
Say I have VLan 1 with network 192.19.56.0/24 on internal network and need to access a single ip on VLan 2 on public network with device IP 192.19.16.10. Do not want the public device accessing the internal so one way access. This is used for a library app we need for monitoring printing release station.
