Depends what your need exactly.
You can manage Manager-Assistant (Boss-Secretary) feature. You van use "forward on no answer" feature.
You can use hunt group (boss-secretary) with sequentuional search.

Manager -assistant and programmed key : set supervision with ring and call pickup

Just use associate and configure timer 4 for the length of time you want it to ring
