Why is Primary Chassis on OS6450 stack showing 0% memory utilization?

We do have an OS6450 stack on one of our Customer's site that's facing the mentioned problem. Everything is working as normal but the Primary chassis is showing 0% memory utilization. What can cause this?

Did you try to update the firmware?

Yes, I had it on 6.7.2.122.R08. Might need to push it up to the Maintenance release 6.7.2.160.
Its all OK after a reboot, but goes back to that state after awhile.
