Digit Limit on 4028

I'm trying to make an international call on an ipTouch 4028, but for some reason it doesn't let me dial the whole number. It stops at 13 digits, I need 14 to make the call. Is it some configuration I don't know about or a limitation of the model?

It's not a model problem.
Number of digits usually declared in discriminator rules.

Is it something I can configure on the phone itself? I don't have much experience with it, and the IT department of my company usually takes a while to help with this kind of issue. Could you point me to some kind of reading material/database/tutorial that would help me solve it?

Nothing to do in telephone. You need to mamage some parameters in your PABX.
