Are there any possibilities to logoff another agent with programmable keys directly or by substitution with a superviser phone?
In this scenario the supervisor is working without CCS installation and receives the information that an agent forgot to logoff. Automatic logoff after no answer is no option.

CCS or through Telnet/8770 server is the only way

I feared the answer but had hoped with newer releases something would have changed about the situation. Is it possible to start scripts on the Alcatel PBX using keys programmed on the phone?

I wonder if with Set Substitution you could substitute as the agent and then try dialling the ACD prefix followed by the digit 7 ?

I often put ACD prefix+6 on a prog key on the Perso Tab screen so agents don't need to navigate to the Menu Tab everytine to LogOn.

Substitution on the on the ProACD set works, but after dialing the acd prefix -> end
Substitution on the Agent doesn´t work at all
