How intercept though pri external in oxe 4400


We are using PTCL , NTC and zong pri as DoD in oxe 4400. My concerns that hackers hacked the system data through these pri . How ? Please help me with technical logic in both voice/data. If no then what is security features in oxe 4400.

as per i remember there is a doc to how secure oxe from external hacking (toll fraud) and some rules to respect to secure the acces oxe managment from internal and external throgh RMA , what do you mean by data hacking the OXE DB?
