AUX Port configuration in Alcatel omniPCX common hardware

Hi all,
I have a Alcatel OmniPCX common hardware , with GD-4 and CS-3 boards only. I have configured the entire pABX, and there seems to be no error.
We have connected the AUX port on GD-4 to a Alarm indication LED, and it is constantly glowing red, As i understand it should only be red if there is any failure of components. Can anyone please help me out with knowing if there is any configuration that is to be done for the AUX port.
