"Bad gateway and Destination out of order" logs getting while incoming call from Public SIP trunk

Hi,

In our OXO system we have configured public SIP trunk with ISP. Outgoing calls are working fine.

while calling incoming we are getting "Bad gateway and Destination out of order" logs on the call traces.

ISP has confirmed that they are sending 8 digits to us. I have mapped the Main SIP number to the installation number.

Attached call logs for the reference.

Awaiting valuable feedback at the earliest.

I'm not expert at all, but you have any proxy or firewall running ?
You should sniff the port 5060 (UDP) to check if there's nothing blocking...
