Configure for direct line connection

Hi all,
Need help to configure the pabx to allow one of the telephone line to directly connect to one of our ip phone.
Currently our setup we have 8 telephone lines connected to the pabx and all external call will connect to the automatic attendence where an extension number needs to be dailed. We have around 60 extension phone numbers.
One of our user wants to have a direct phone call which is like a normal phone system.
Please help how to configure this in the pabx.
