DECT GAP handsets DECT500, Polycom SS 2w can't register on 12.3.1 m450122

Hi,
anybody faced with issue like can't register DECT 500, Polycom SoundStation 2W (and i guess other brands) in GAP (not GAP+ or AGAP) in OXE 12.3.1 m450122? Already checked in lab - same hardware in 11.1 - registration OK, in 12.3.1 - looks that OXE accept registration by dectinston, but phone doesn't ring and continue register until it timer expire...
OXE assign IPUIN, IPUIO to handset, but drop link... one more thing, GAP sets registered before migration to 12.3.1 works well, PABX has hundreds of 8232 and they feel good and no problem to register new one.... but old DECT 500, Polycom GAP (I dont have another DECT's for check) if you try to register again - it's fail.
