IP PHONE 8088 NOE UPGRADE NOT FOUND

Hello,
I have installed an IP 8088 v2 NOE on in my lab. It is only impossible to update it via OXE, USB key or external TFTP server
The last technique I tried to use is to upgrade via OXE according to the 8088 NOE release note. In ssh on the workstation, I entered these commands:
Arguments:
- upgrade <on|off>: enable/disable the upgrade process
- seturl <force_upgrade_url>: force upgrade using this url
- config: list all settings used
- help: display this menu

The workstation is currently in :
BIN_VERSION 5.01.61
DAT_VERSION : 5.02.71
NOE_VERSION : 5.02.71

I would like to upgrade to the latest version, which is : A3.0.64.5.3500

your oxe has the latest firmware?
