Hi,

I have set up AA in an OXO connect R51.

I only set up 2 options for the AA. Press 1 for Free Dialing and Press 0 for Attendant. The thing is when a caller dial or choose "press 1" it prompt "please dial extension number" when the caller dials an extension number it doesn't transfer to the extension number. I notice that it repeats the first digit dialed by the caller. For example I dialed extension number 258 it will prompt " you are being transferred to local 225"

Does anyone experience this?

is your trunk a sip trunking type or tdm ? check dtmf payload and rfc for it, looks like echo when sending digit
