OXO sip trunk out going calls not working

Hello,
im configuring a OXO with public sip trunk. incoming is working fine but for out going the provider states that the sip format is wrong.
please check the attachment, first one is the wrong format and the lower one is the correct format they require. i have been able to resolve the issues with the arrows in green but not the red one. in the contact information i need to send the domain. right now the oxo is sending the ip address.

hope some one can help me on this.
