Mini Bar and conputer link

Hello to everyone, on an oxe 11.2 in hotel mode is connected by moxa v24 interface to Opera hotel software.
Call billing, check-in/check-out, camera status, Wake-up seems to work properly and i saw string on serial link.
As customer ask for, i configure mini bar feature (feature code + enable its use under category) but it seems it does not work properly.
As i digit the code if i use a digital/ip phone i get "Enter mini-bar items" when i digit the item code and wait as time-out arrive i get "programming accepted" with no more tone, if i digit item code followed by # i get "programming accepted" with no more tone till dissuasion tone.
Nothing is sent to V24 interface.
As i read on tecnical documentation nothing special should be done and i understand items codes will be managed on hotel front office pc (opera)

Does anyone have experience about it?
