Hi,

I recently bought a Alcatel-Lucent 4028, and I was able to configure it in SIP mode with 3CX (which was complicated...) but atleast it works.
I read about NOE mode, and I wanted to use it to get out of Safe Mode (SIP Mode) because I need the Speed Dial keys, and I was able to find all config files for the phone, but not the startnoe-(MAC Address).
I don't have an OXE or any Alcatel PBX, I only have my 3CX for all of my IP Phones.
Does anybody has a startnoe-(MAC Address) file sample ? Or was able to "crack" the Safe Mode to use the Speed Dial keys in it ?

I can't make m'y phone work, and every Time on boot ot shows #invalid parameters !

Hi, I'm also interested in the config files for SIP mode in that model. Mine is stuck in NOE mode and I'd love to get it to do SIP.
