White screen My IC Phone 8082

Hi,
I have an Alcatel-Lucent My IC Phone 8082 that when turned on stay all time long on a white screen whitout doing any actions. I reckon there's a problem whit the firmware or something similar...i'm hopeless. I don't know any company that can help near me, so what can i do?

What version of OXE?
What firmware do you currently have?

I really don't know, is the first time i turn on it so i completely don't know.

yes…I was looking for something to boot on it, any firmware, but i can’t find anything.

OXE Version?
The OXE command "downstat i" will show you the list of the current firmwares (at least on the OXE) for each type of phone

Thanks for ur help and quick answer, but the device from the moment i turn it on, keep displaying a completely white screen so i am not able typing any command to discover OXE version

If it's completely blank, then maybe the device is bricked or fried. you should have at least some logo showing up.

Can it be a power issue ???
The power is over POE or external ?

Till now i powered it over POE, is there another way?
