Hello all,

I have factory reset my oxo connect evolution. Now I am trying to register, but all I get is


FTR status : FTR KO. Connection failed : ConnAuthenticationFailed

License is valid, and I have the software key I can import and use. What am I doing wrong here ?

After factory reset you have to do a SR to ALE. Sometimes you get a new CC ID and only ALE can do a fresh registration.

OK, thanks. I have disabled cc now for the time being and asked ALE for a reset.
