The current config on my "Alcatel switch 1" is bridge mode 1x1 with multiple VLAN priority configure at 1-2 connected to a few other Alcatel switch with only bridge mode 1x1 and no VLAN priority configure on it.... now I'm task to link up a cisco switch to "Alcatel switch 1" hence I would need to configure "bridge mode 1x1 pvst+ enable" on "Alcatel switch 1", will I need to do the same for the rest of the Alcatel switch connected to "Alcatel switch 1" ?

no - keep the config at all switches in 1x1. Only the port to the cisco needs to config with pvst+.
