Hi, we have a hunt group, running in parallel, which contains 2 extensions. When our company main DID number is called from the outside, both extensions ring. The Dynamic routing of the hunt groups is set that after 12 seconds, the call goes to our MLAA system. We would like to change this setting that only one phone rings and then the other and then if both are unavailable, it still goes to the MLAA afer a certain period of time. I tried changing it to sequential, but that did not work. Any suggestions? we are thinking 2 rings for the first extension, 3 for the second extension, then to the MLAA. thx

Hi, i would do this on the easy way.

Route your main DID to the first Set then configure in this Set the dynamic Routing to the second Set and on the second Set dynamic Routing to MLAA
You don't need a Hunt Group for now.
