AP1361D and trunk port

I use the 1361D as a pass-through, connecting the 6360-p10 switch to its ETH1 port. The entire infrastructure is managed by OmniVista 2500. From the pass-through port 1361, I get an access point management network, but I would like to receive a trunk with many VLANs in addition to it. Does anyone know how to do this?
