An Agent can't transfer calls to and Internal User and Vice Versa

Hello Guys
PBX: Omnicpcx Enterprise R:9.0 with CCD integrated.

I need my agents to transfer calls from the call center to an internal user, can someone help me how to accomplish this.

It should be direct I reckon.
Also is it possible to call an agent directly instead of calling the Pilot ?
