Hi,
I am facing a problem in Omni Switch OS6860 P-24. Switch went down in inaccessible in the network. When tried to check directly from console, nothing is appearing in CLI, even after hard reset. Switch stuck in 0 state & all trunk port lights are ON. I cannot take out the logs directly from switch as its showing nothing on CLI.
What could be the possible cause of switch failure? and how switch can be recovered?

If you really don't see anything at the console (both RS232 and usb) - also during a reboot - the switch or powersupply is broken.
If possible replace the powersupply from an other 6860.... if you see the same issue again with new ps it is likely you need to replace all the switch (RMA).
