Alcatel Unleashed

Hi,

We have an Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise PABX with a defect EZ 32 Analogue board on several channels. I have installed a new board but I don't get a dial tone with any of the associated phones to this board. Is there a configuration change or license I have to install with the new board??

Any help would be appreciated limited info onboard.
