I can`t connect to CS-2

Hello everyone. I have several CS-2 on my site.
But something is wrong. I can`t connect to my one of a CS-2 by using alcatel console cable.
But service is still great and calling is working.
It neads me besause i don`t understand what is happend and I don`t have access to CS-2 by LAN
Can someone help me?
