Hi,
I have a client who is amblyopic. How can I set up a voice mail message waiting activation tone on analog phone instead of message waiting lamp when there is a message? Any idea appreciated, thank you.

System: Alcatel OXE M3
Software Ver: 12.4.1

WITH 4635 VM I remember when u pick up the phone you will hear a voice prompt "you have voice messages waiting dial ....;" , this option should be activated by features COS or on personal option in the vm mail box menu when connected to

If it was with me, i would Open the phone and put a buzzer with a potentiometer in parallel with the led.
If you Change the tone for the mwi, it Will afect all the sets connected to that board

if you are using 4645 VM you can activ auto play message in 4645vm calss of service. then wenn the subscribers offhook the hand set, they hear new messages
