Alcatel Unleashed

So I have a setup where 8058s phone -> Point to point IPSec VPN with a NetGate box -> OXE Network / OTMS

When this extension calls out and is requested to enter DTMF, it works.
But when it calls its voicemail and is asked to enter a password, OTMS does not receive anything.

The DTMF Payloads are the same in OXE and OTMS

Any idea?

Check if the payload is configured at 101 on the sip external gw configured for the OTMS

I checked and everything was fine.
Ended up being a firewall issue, there were blocking from RTP ports.
