Dear All,

I am configuring OA5710 for OXE to Local Carrier SIP Trunk. Can some one share the 5710 configuration? Because i have problem for incoming call to OXE. The call not reached into OXE, outgoing is ok.

The exact problem is inbound calls reached to OXE extension (ringing on the phone) but only around 4 seconds and dropped. This is occurs when OXE connected to customer's LAN. If OXE is standalone then the inbound calls has no problem.
The oubound calls has nonproblem at all, either connected to LAN or standalone.

Im Newbie in OXe

But it seems Routing problem .the telset receive gw from LAN and can make route network to the Local carrier IP or ESR 5710
