Not able to configure Alcatel 8058S on SIP mode

Hi,
I'm trying to configure an Alcatel 8058s from NOE mode to SIP mode but when I confirm it is written "New mode refused".
Do you know why I have this message? I searched on internet but didn't find any documentation or topics.
