I have an OXO with two DID prefixes. I need the outbound caller ID to reflect the DID number of the extension.
I am using 4 digit inbound so i do not have a inbound routing issue but due have outbound issue.
How do I get the extensions with the new range reflect the new 10 digit number

In the OMC tool go to Numbering/Public numbering plan and for a subscriber edit the Start/End fields xDigits public nb. range. It is possible to set specific dialing plans whose base do not vary by more than 4 digits and whose Start and End fields can contain up to 8 digits. You might also have to check the "Installation Numbers" settings.
