I have an Alcatel OmniPCX office medium which I have had for many years. I am looking to add some IPTouch phones, are licences still available to buy?

Only latest SW is supported.

that's depond on which version has your system. if you have version 10 you have only time untill end of 2021 to buy licens after that an Upgrade is necessery. also for version under 10 you must first update your system.
