Monitoring Groups/Users

Hello

We've had our OXO installation for about 6 months.
We are currently monitoring our first caller extension in the config calling our main number.
But for some users this only appears about 2-4 seconds.
Is there a way to increase the time this prompt is shown on the device?
Is it possible to monitor groups instead of individual extensions/users?
If I use a diversion to a group. The monitor function does not work anymore for the individual users in that group.
