OmniSwitch 6850 issues connection via console port

Hello All

Info:
Used and Privat buy switch. (I don't know it is factory reseted)

Problem:
I have the problem to connect to the switch the output is always garbage. (output not readable)
I have read much forum posts off this problem. (alcatelunleashed.com)

Tests:
I have test different usb-r232 seriall dongels.
I have test different cables (rj45 to rs232).
I have test a selfmade cable from a forum post. (alcatelunleashed.com)
I have test different Devices (Win and Linux Systems).
I have test different baut. (but i now on the swicht it is default 9600)
I have test different terminal emulator z.b. putty

The default switch config is working i don't know it is a hardware problem.

Now i dont have any ideas what can be the problem or what i can test next.

How i kann make a factory reset without serial connection. (I don't know the serial port kann blockt maybe)

I test it one more time with a new kabe selfmade and now it wörks
