Alcatel 8018 password problem

After initial instalation with NOE ver. someone by mistake lock a working phone but he dont remember the password. I tried to reset it but after kernel step i press * & # and the phone ask for password. Any help? Thank you.

You might have to do a factory reset.. have you tried 0000 ?

What type of pabx do you have .

try *3*3*3 its the admin pin

Hi,
I have done the factory reset on web interface, but it does not reset the MMI password menu to 0000 or 123456.
