my customer wants the follwing behavior on a 4020:

when a call arrives he wants to press the hang on button to stop the phone ringing.

this works with the NOE sets. Does anybody know if there is a flag to enable this on Reflexes?

What am I missing here? :?

Mozi, can you not program a 'forward on ringing' key and set it to forward to VM? So when his phone rings it will dump the caller straight in to VM!

Not the same though, on NOE you can hit the 'end' key and the call is still on the phone but the ringer is silenced. Or you can hit the 'ignore' key on your display and send the call to your associated set...I call it the FU button...

Well that is a "cheat" feature, on OXO you can press a key to silence the set and it will keep ringing, I liked that because when I was talking to my boss or on my cellphone i could silence the phone for a few seconds and then answer it, forwading it somewhere else is not a mute...it's a shut up motherf*cker!
