HOW TO TAKE BACKUP FOR ALCATEL OXE PABX

Dear All,
Thanks for the opportunity to share in your pool of knowledge, here. i need support on steps to taking Backup from OXE PBX.

There are some automatic backups performed each day at 5:45 morning if I'm not wrong by the oxe itself you can found them under
/usr4/BACKUP they're classified on daily basis
to get any one of them u can use any ftp connection program (pure DOS, ftp, winscp, FileZilla etc) and save it to your store box
PS use(I) binary mode transfer ;
Also by using swinst account and menu 2 you can perform an immediate backup and retrieve it as above

Oops! I totally forgot it! U can also use the management server Omnivista 4760/8770 under maintenance module to make immediate or scheduled backup/restore
