Hi ,
What is max distance for the eZ32-2 Analog card ,
Maximum Copper cable mm Required to Connect the end user analog telephone distance on 1 Km In one way, I hope we need to consider 2 way , tip and ring, it means we need to consider it as 2 kM.
if so what will be best cable mm required.

Read in system doc about max cable lenght.
Depends of phone type, but typical calculation from power point of view:
with eZ32-2 board and: Vsys = 46V, Rprot = 200 Ohm, example for Iloop =20 mA
Rloop = (46 – 7)/0.02 - 200 = 1750 Ohm
Line length = 5.900 km (cable 0.4 mm), 9.140 km (cable 0.5 mm), 13.240 km (cable 0.6 mm).
From audio point of view:
For example, for the audio frequency of 2 kHz and for an attenuation less than 6 dB, the length of the
cable should not exceed 3 km for a cable of 0.4 mm, and not exceed 5 km for a cable of 0.6 mm.

FYI there are products like Phybridge which can help you bring PoE over copper pairs.

in short i have a active site where Analog sets work at distance of 15km with 0.0mm wire and digital about 900m.. working well.
