SIP not working from Alcatel to Avaya & vice versa.

Hi, Good day a newbie here. Oxe can't call avaya. I restart SIP services and sip between two PABX now.How ever when same problem occurs again, SIP service restart no longer works.SIP major & SIP minor component failure alternately comes out in the logs.Please help me.

can u perform a double bascul, is ur system duplicated
killall sip motor must be performed under su acccount
check codec offers between oxe and avaya .

trkstat also to see if the gateway is up or no

Hi haroun sir, thank you for the reply.Yes it is duplicated.
I'm sorry but please enlighten me about su account and also about checking codec offers between the two PABX.
