Hello all Alcatel specialist
actually I am a little new in OXO world , I want to know that is there specific configuration for caller ID for analog telephon or License for that like OXE that I must accticate ?
all of my analog telephon have no caller ID for both internal call and external call , I try with different system with SLI, SLI-2 , MIX, MIX2
I will be gratful if somebody help me to understand this problem.

You must set up all analog phones manually to AB Class.
Please check this.
