OXO: PRI Line no caller ID for outgoing; no calls receiving in

We implemented OmniPCX office small for one of our customer. They are using 10 channel PRI line. They have 100 DID and each DID is assigned to IP phones as extensions. They can make outgoing calls from their extension. These are problems they are facing now:

1. When they are calling outgoing call from any extension, receiving party will be shown as pilot number(3202888) only.
2. If anybody calls to respective DID exensions (3202801,3202802), all incoming calls will land on reception phone instead of respective phone extension. Reception phone is now in attendant groups.

for outgoing call,I want the receiving party to get their respective DID number as caller ID.
for incoming, I want them to receive to their respective DID extensions.

Please help me in this regard.

Explain your management:
- installation number managed or not
- how many digits send provider as Called number during incoming calls
- what managed in numbering plan for incoming digits..
