transfer out coming calling,

Dears all,
I have a small problem with transfer out coming calling,
When a call comes from outside to attendant internal, calling is coming. But when I want to transfer this call to another extension, I lose the outside call, and but the transfer to extension coming well.
All phones are Analog type
my Pbx is OXO Large
