hallo there,

I configured DISA on OXE with a recorded voice guide of 16s length
When i call from outside analogue lines it plays only for 13s and transfer to OPerator.
Is there any timer i can adjust inorder to play full length which is 16s??

your assistance will be highly appreciated

Waiting timer for the 1st digit dialled by the caller in DISA entry during playback of guide No. 106 and after any entry of the DISA secret code”. This timer limits the waiting timer for the first digit dialled.
